 Mr Thompson is no where close to being a "Blue Dog" Democrat, and generally very liberal.

Ed Morrissey put it correct though, give credit to where it is due. And in this case, Rep. Bennie Thompson has earned that for standing up and voicing his criticism against the DHS and Janet Napolitano on the report

Laughing my butt off now, talk about backfiring. The DHS has caught some major well earned flak for their shoddy no facts/specifics report on "Right-wing extremist"

500+ people (as well as hundreds more of the drivers passing by the event who honked and waved in support) showed up at the Belair, Maryland Tea Party. In the rain and wind.

And when it was mentioned about us being called Extremist, we all cheered and laughed

...oh yea.. we did have a amazing ACORN Counter protest against us.....

Janet Napolitano (head of the DHS) let me clarify something for you

We've been called various slanderous names, we've been told to "shut up", we've been made fun of by the MSM, particularly MSNBC with their juvenile "Teabagging" insults. We've been threatened by HuffPo, ACORN, Code Pink, Daily Kos and others in their attempt to stir up trouble...

We've delt with cold weather, we've delt with crappy weather...

You think your little report made up by a bunch of idiots who can't even do their jobs right, calling us Extremist is going to scare us away?

If in order to get our message through to our elected official who've ignored the will of the AMERICAN PEOPLE (not Republicans, not Democrats, but our Nation of law-abiding citizens) is to be called Extremist. Then bring it on! I rather be an Extremist who'll stand up and use his first ammendment rights to express his concerns, than a coward who hides and is bullied into silence.

One insult/Attack from a crazed liberal aimed at Tea Party goers was that we were the equivalent of "the Weather Underground terrorist"

Huh.... didn't  seem to bother anyone during the election that a certain Bill Ayers, a former Weather Underground member who felt his group didn't do enough, was an associate of Obama.

And... I don't recall any Tea Party event committing criminal/terrorist acts.... Oh wait... forgot, we dared to speak out and peacefully protest against the Governments wasteful spending, and ignoring the voices of the people who elected them. I'm sorry... I thought the U.S. was a democracy where the average citizen has a voice...

but... Congress still in "Cover our ass!" mode.... is busy pulling the wool over the American people's eyes....

Liddy has already informed that many AIG execs, concerned for their family probably for no doubt over some of these threats, have been essentially extorted into returning 50% or even all of their bonus pay!

Another Congress woman (Missed her name on the news) Advocating taxing AIG execs 1000% of their bonnesses or more! Uh hello.. MORON!!! Constitution shows that it's ILLEGAL to unfairly tax someone like that!!!!


*ahem* Oh but heres another kicker... Even the President and Geitner are guilty as charged on this as well... when one reporter asked him during his news conferance this morning about the 40,000+ that Obama got LAST YEAR... and about calls for Geitner to Resign (Hell he should resign just for breaking the law... I loved that "Oh he made an honest mistake" bull crap.... too bad he's not giving other tax cheats a break for just making those same "honest mistakes") Obama's reply...... "We should all give Geitner Support... he has a tough job...."

My reply to that: "Boo-friggin-hoo.... you still didn't answer about that 40,000 you got from AIG... just like Dodd hasn't answered about his contribs from AIG or Grassley about his 26k last year

How about this.. how about WE THE PEOPLE hold every single one of you on trial... hmmm? How's that sound Congress?

In other news.. is the AIG debacle now with their millions in bonuses paid by us Tax Payers...

So.. our messiah, Obama, will surely have a solution right!....... right?



Errrr not so much. First, over the weekend.. was a meek little mewing that sounded something like "oh... well... we can't really do anything legal to stop them if it's a contract"

Actually... there is... it's called "Stop handing the morons my money..." It's a super easy plan actually!

Step 1. Go to AIG execs
Step 2. Punch Execs in the face.
Step 3. ?????
Step 4. Take tax payer money away and inform them they will no longer receive bail out money. Use money gained to give everyone a free beer or something for St Patrick's Day

(Side note, While I may not be a stock market expert.. I'm reasonably sure beer companies are recession proof)

Actually realistically... you'd only need the first half of Step 4... "No more money for you!"

That's friggin simple!!!!

Stupid me.. Government and simple are words that apparently don't play nice together....

So Monday.. the U.S. citizenry is even more pissed than before.... and the Obama team revises it's battle plan.... It goes from "Well we can't do anything" to "We'll find a Legal matter to stop them! (Even if it involves an illegal overstepping of power?) 

Even if there was some emergency session called to conviently rewrite the rules... to hand over such power is dangerous...

The reason for why the simple plan of not giving any more money supposedly won't work? "AIG is too big to fail!"

I have a better term... "AIG is Too bloated to keep wasting money on!"

Cruel? You bet. True? Definetly... This wasn't like it wasn't expected after AIG's previous waste of Tax payer dollers and pathetic excuses, (Such as massage vacations, Trips to England for fowling hunts, trips to the Bahama's and other tropical resorts for "Training". But our genieuses in office threw the money away anyways!.

*sigh* go figure....

Youtube Comments generally eventually call at least one moron with an opposing viewpoint. who proceeds to insult people.
