Unfortunetly, over the weekend, Bill O'Reilly has proven he's anything BUT that, when he decided to blast several conservative blogs on talk about the new SCOTUS pick, not because of what the bloggers posted, but because of commenters. He decided to attack them, saying "This is the blogs view points!" 

They aren't... Commenters are free to post what they want, and doesn't necessary mean they express the view of the blog

So surely Mr. Bill "Holier than thou" O'Reilly's own website is  clean then right?

Answer: Nope.. Bill is instead, an hypocritical liar. and when the Web Blog Patterico took screen caps of some of the same type commentors Bill blasted on the conservative blogs, Patterico had his "Premium membership" to O'Reilly's website terminated....

You know who I have alot of respect for? The cooks, some of our Dishwashers... we're the group of guys who do the real dirty work, We're cooking, we're working together, if one section falters, at worst, a domino effect happens, at best, the waiters will be lacking in something (food, tables, Clean plates/silverware. Mean while, not only do we have to work hard, not only do we take crap from a bunch of managers who been taught to not even know the first thing of having courage to tell a Customer sometimes their wrong (in cases of chain restaurants, like the one I work at), but we take crap from other co-workers

You know who you are..... I seriously couldn't care less if you earn 5 Dollers in tip money or over 100.... You are on the same rung of the ladder as me.

Stop throwing tempertantrums, throwing a towel at a table and causing scenes in front of Customers or the manager... Grow up or go back to pre-school if you're going to act like a child. I FINALLY, have to explain to all of you, EVERY SINGLE ATTACHMENT in the game.....

SHOTGUNS

Trench gun: like Call of duty 4, the Shotguns have their magazine capacity reduced for "balance purposes" So instead of getting 6 shots before needing to reload.... you get 4.......... To me, this is kinda of the "average" shotgun. it gives you some decent range for shotgun,good power, and the option to equip a bayonet (yes it's actually worth it) I found the Grip isn't particularly useful in this game (really, you don't need it). And you won't lose your Tier 1 perk if you don't pick it. For Tier 2, I highly suggest Double Tap or Sleight of Hand (if you want to avoid criticism) Tier 3, I suggest Second Chance, Toss Back, or something else.

Double Barrel Shotgun: Now this gun is interesting, Basic and grip, it has good range, a close spread of shots and high power. With Sawn off, it's very inaccuate and short range (remember, Shotgun's are the only weapons who upon hitting max range, instead of just dealing minimum damage, the rounds "vanish".) and has a wide spread, but essentially ensures it's a 1HK weapon . The real down side is, that both of it's "attachments" are pretty useless and it's 2 shots before reload. Because of this major flaw, Sleight of hand becomes almost required. which will reload in less than a second rather than the extremely slow unaided way.

EDIT: it seems I should go into a bit more detail. the pelletes count as individual bullets, firing 8 at a time, dealing between 10-30 (Trenchgun) or double barrel which deals 15-40 damage depending on range (20-45 if using the sawn off) but there is no "Critical hit" multiplyers

Pistols!
World at War like MW has 5 pistols. The difference here is..... All 4 of the first ones are the same (20-40 damage, 8 round clips, same range)  minus in reload times, apperance, and sights. So it comes down to preference.

M1911: The basic "all around" pistol, It does what it needs to do well.

Nambu Type 14: Despite it's poor quality in real life with a sub-par ammo round. in game, the Nambu is actually a good choice. It has the fatest mid clip reload, and the 2nd fastest empty clip reload out them all.. However, to represent the guns real life quality, the iron sights are misalligned, and will shoot slightly high and left of what you aim at. (not really notacible except at long ranges)

P-38: 2nd slowest mid reload, slowest. empty reload. but not by much... use it if you want to....

Tokarev TT-33: Slightly slower reload mid clip, but the fastest empty reload

and now finally.. the only one that's really distinct....

The .357 Magnum Revolver. a classic "6-shooter". 2-3 shots is all you'll need on most situations, (less of course, if you go for head shots) . It's also a great  choice for Second Chance's last stand mode, as well as sniper class users as a trusty side arm while moving to a new location.. It's only down side is the need to reload it often and somewhat heavy recoil.

Attachments: *deep breath* .... almost done with this post....

-Aperture Sights (Availible to: all Rifle minus M1 Garand, all SMGs): WaW's version of the Red Dot sight. a thin black crosshair with a black dot in the middle for accurate "Snap shooting". a good choice for those who are having issues lining up shots with the ironsight, run and gunners, and quick precission shoorts.

-Bayonet: (Availible on: All Bolt Action Rifles minus the PTRS-41, M1 Garand, M1A1 Carbine, the M1897 Trench Gun. and the Type 99 LMG) Extends your melee attack's range and radius. a good choice for Iron Sight using Bolt action users, or those looking to keep the enemy away at rifle's lentgh.

-Bipod (availible to all MGs) Allows you to mount your MG on a suitable flat surface while standing our crouched. this increases it's RoF, and making it pinpoint accurate. It also causes more rounds to be fired, than normal, (.I.E. if 1 shot was normall fired unmounted, you'll fire 3-4 rounds instead, but only use up 1 round). since for many MGs, this is the only attachment, you might as well use it. (but on guns like Type 99, B.A.R. and the FG-42, with small ammo capacity, you might want to consider carefully when to use it). Also reloading the weapon will cause you to automatically dismount it.

-Flash Hider: Availible on all Rifles minus the Gewehr 43)  Shooting a rifle equiped with this won't make you appear on radar. it also removes Muzzle flash from your weapon, but the sound is still distinct enough to track it. Also reduces the range factor, making your rounds a bit weaker at far ranges. can also reduce recoil a bit

-Supressor (Found on Gewehr 43, All SMGs minus PPSh) Works just like the flash hider, but also muffles the sound, making it harder for keen eared players to track you.

Grip: found on: Shotguns: Reduces Recoil.... only useful on the Trenchgun, as it reduces it's recoil down by a level, useless on the Doble barrrel.

Rifle Grenade: (Found on all True Bolt actions. and the Gewehr 43, and M1 Garand rifles) : Works a bit like the M203 of MW, but with a larger arc and a slower travel speed. This can also be used a bit like a portable mortor. Make note, it still suffers a  bit of the "Noob-toob/stick" bashing, even though you have to earn it this time around. It also takes up Perk 1, but is boosted by Sleight of hand (Loads the second round faster), Fireworks, (it's a grenade/explosive). NOTE: the grenades are ARMED as soon as you fire them! they do not have to travel a distance before priming. that means if you try to humiliate someone like the challenge in MW, you'll take heavy damage/be killed as well in the blast!

"Round Drum, Box/Dual Magazines: (Avalible to: All SMGs, M1A1 Carbine)  No matter the name, all do the same thing, usually double your ammo clip capacity meaning less reloads, but at the cost of a slightly longer reload. Still a great choice no matter the gun.

Sniper Scopes: (Attachment for, all 4 Bolt action rifles, Automatically equiped to the PTRS, and also availible to the M1 Garand ) Upgrades damage to 70, and when combined with Stopping power, makes all Torso shots and above 1HKs, (or Chest and higher for the M1). Gives a Zoomed in scope for use (which can be steadied by pressing in the appropriate movement stick) allowing you to hold your breath for 4-5 seconds (9-10 if using Iron Lungs.)

Telescopic Sight (FG-42, SVT-40, Gewehr 43, STG-44): Works just like the ACOG scope of MW, just minus the high tech appearance, and replacing the Orange chevron targeting reticule with a black one. Boost Range stat, and offers 4x Zoom when using the ADS. but reduces Accuracy slightly. Use it if you want to stick back and take your opponets out from a further distance.

The Sawed-off Shotgun: exclusive to the Double Barrel.... Maxes out damage (20-45 instead of 15-40, but drastically increases shot spread,(reduced accuracy) and reduces range. \

So on this installment of my attempt at a -Theme Week Month- It's time to talk about the MG class of weapons in World at War.

Now you'll notice something very interesting if you came from Call of Duty 4: These are not just "Light machine guns" but both Light and Man Portable Heavy machine guns

What's the difference you ask? Well it should be hopefully obvious

Aside from weight differences in most cases. it comes down to Rate of fire and power in real life. . (and in some cases.... a lack of realism.... *coughM1919Browningcough*) Light MGs can unleash a rain of fire and don't reduce your mobility much. Heavy MGs can cut through heavy cover, and often deal more damage per bullet.

*SPECIAL NOTE* Despite what some people have said elsewhere: MGs DO NOT have the Anti-tank property, Thus, they CAN NOT deal more than the very tiny <1 damage on tanks. That means, even if used as your "Anti Tank" class Primary weapon. You should NEVER fire at a tank unless you got a clear shot at a nearly destroyed (on fire/heavy smoke) rear armor!  The only other time is to try and distract the driver, or to take down a turrent gunner.

Type 99 (LMG)- The first MG the player will have access to... It's also suffers from "Eww... the newb gun" syndrome. But despite this.. it's actually a decent weapon. Accurate. easy to use Iron Sights, low Recoil, decent RoF. Deep Impact is a good choice here.. It's only draw backs? blocks a good portion of your Field of view, and only has a 30 round magazine that's slow to reload. Unfortunetly... you'll probably have completed all the marksman challenges long before you have Double Tap or Sleight of hand. So go with which ever 2nd tier perk you see fit (Stopping power for example)
Interesting note: The type 99 is one of 2 MGs that have more than the Tier 1 challenge for the bi-pod. it can also equip a Bayonet. ( This was true to life, although the bayonet was part of the bipod system)

B.A.R.: This thing is a beast! It's slow, but powerful, and quite accurate as well. However, it's got a very small magazine (20) and has a bit of kick back as well.

DP-28: A powerful Heavy Machine gun, this thing has 47 round per drum. It's only draw back is it's low mobility and huge recoil

MG-42: the Spam gun of doom. it should be noted that it has a very drastically reduced ammo clip (64) compared to Campaign. However, it's still a great suppressing fire capable weapon, and powerful when mounted. Note, when reloading, once a new drum is attached, the gun is reloaded. you can press your "Switch weapon" button and press it again to reload faster

FG-42: This is my favorite one by far. Very accurate, with a small clip. I've found that for my play style, Sleight of Hand Tier 2 perk works wonders with this thing, combined with the Bandolier Tier 1 perk

Browning 1919: Now this is just an awesome MG, High ammo, moderate damage, and also high mobility, on par with the FG-42.. Only draw back is it's painfully slow reload time.

Nice one Congress... nice... by putting on a phony show of outrage to show your "Solidarity" with the American people, you showed you'd be willing to overstep laws and decency!!!

Liddy has already informed that many AIG execs, concerned for their family probably for no doubt over some of these threats, have been essentially extorted into returning 50% or even all of their bonus pay!

Another Congress woman (Missed her name on the news) Advocating taxing AIG execs 1000% of their bonnesses or more! Uh hello.. MORON!!! Constitution shows that it's ILLEGAL to unfairly tax someone like that!!!!


*ahem* Oh but heres another kicker... Even the President and Geitner are guilty as charged on this as well... when one reporter asked him during his news conferance this morning about the 40,000+ that Obama got LAST YEAR... and about calls for Geitner to Resign (Hell he should resign just for breaking the law... I loved that "Oh he made an honest mistake" bull crap.... too bad he's not giving other tax cheats a break for just making those same "honest mistakes") Obama's reply...... "We should all give Geitner Support... he has a tough job...."

My reply to that: "Boo-friggin-hoo.... you still didn't answer about that 40,000 you got from AIG... just like Dodd hasn't answered about his contribs from AIG or Grassley about his 26k last year

How about this.. how about WE THE PEOPLE hold every single one of you on trial... hmmm? How's that sound Congress?


 

Day 3 of the issue... And now we have every single moron who voted for the 1st Bail out bills, stupidly handing out TARP funds to AIG repeatedly now going.... "It wasn't our fault!"

We have hit Stage 2 of the issue: Our Elected idiots, Republican AND Democrat alike, covering their own asses. Sadly... this will work in some cases. And people will elect some of these Morons back in....

McCain once again does some of the same mistakes that costs him Republican support and the election Not taking the blame for his mistakes... and flip flopping again... : 

Sen Charles Grassley (R) who last year received over 26,000 dollars from AIG... switches to  "Covering my ass" mode and tries telling off AIG. He also supported giving AIG money in the first place. Senator? Are you Ready to apologize to the American people, along with all the Other Senators, Republican and Democrat, and take a deep bow?

Step 2. Punch Execs in the face.
Step 3. ?????
Step 4. Take tax payer money away and inform them they will no longer receive bail out money. Use money gained to give everyone a free beer or something for St Patrick's Day

(Side note, While I may not be a stock market expert.. I'm reasonably sure beer companies are recession proof)

Actually realistically... you'd only need the first half of Step 4... "No more money for you!"

So Monday.. the U.S. citizenry is even more pissed than before.... and the Obama team revises it's battle plan.... It goes from "Well we can't do anything" to "We'll find a Legal matter to stop them! (Even if it involves an illegal overstepping of power?) 

Even if there was some emergency session called to conviently rewrite the rules... to hand over such power is dangerous...

The reason for why the simple plan of not giving any more money supposedly won't work? "AIG is too big to fail!"

I have a better term... "AIG is Too bloated to keep wasting money on!"

Cruel? You bet. True? Definetly... This wasn't like it wasn't expected after AIG's previous waste of Tax payer dollers and pathetic excuses, (Such as massage vacations, Trips to England for fowling hunts, trips to the Bahama's and other tropical resorts for "Training". But our genieuses in office threw the money away anyways!.
